We are D & D CONSTRUCTOR LLC, a Mexican company specializing in the construction and remodeling of residential and civil works. We offer personalized solutions, focusing on innovation and social responsibility, working hand in hand with our Mexican community in the United States.
Daniela Pelayo, with a degree in Tourism specialized in Marketing and Finance, serves as the administrator and legal representative of D&D CONSTRUCTOR LLC. She is also responsible for the sales, marketing, and administrative-legal departments. Her duties include customer service, direct sales, human recruitment, and project follow-up
Daniel Mendez Soltero, a civil engineer dedicated to construction by profession and vocation, owns a company in Mexico, MD Construcciones, which has operated since 2019 in the cities of Puerto Vallarta and Guadalajara, undertaking various projects such as real estate developments, shopping centers, residential buildings, renovations, and more. Within the D&D organization, he serves as the head of company operations, budgets, and estimates.

Part of our work philosophy is to innovate in our constructions with technologies that help minimize environmental impacts. However, we do not yet have LEED-type certifications, as we are a new company in the United States. We are constantly seeking improvement and innovation.
The planning process begins with the initial contact with the client, which is provided in a personalized manner according to each person’s needs. We offer financial advice regarding what is most suitable for the client’s budget and provide estimates based on that.
We accompany you at every stage of your project with personalized advice.
We manage communication with clients through our business email and phone number. All estimates and project deliverables are sent via email, and clients can contact us by phone to discuss their needs more clearly and without limitations.
We take the quality of our work and materials very seriously. We collaborate with both Mexicans and Americans in the state of Washington, who carry out the projects and oversee the quality of the materials purchased from companies like Home Depot, which have quality standards and filters that ensure their products are reliable tools for the construction sector.
We have the L&A permit and Business License to operate legally and safely in the state of Washington. All our legal documents are in order, and you can ask for our Business License number for your peace of mind.
